S&A Coastal Living LLC is a real estate company that rents condominiums in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Their guests can stay in a newly renovated, upscale condo with exceptional amenities, glorious views of the ocean, and a variety of activities for their enjoyment. A wonderful location for the perfect vacation. While designing the brochure, I chose to use colors that tied in with the overall theme of coastal living. The layout of the brochure was created to show off the best aspects of the condo so guests could see all of the amenities offered.
